Import Agent 10.3.1 - Log Level Missing

Hi All,

 

I can see that the log level in import agent seems to have dissappeared from the options. How do you enable different log levels in 10.3.1?

Hi Chris,

From Import Agent 10.3, it uses Event Tracing for Widnows when writing events to the event log.  It has three log channels: Admin, Operator and Debug. You can enable/disable them in event viewer.

Hi Qinmei,

 

Just circling back to this, I don't see the debug log in the event viewer like you see in your screenshot, how do I enable the debug log?

Hi Chris,

 

You can select the service under import agent, and click View in tool bar, "Show Analytic and Debug Logs" is the option to enable it.
