Hello, what is the max number of characters the comments field can have? It is a texarea, but is stopping after 455 characters:

I inspected the element and saw no max value set:

I have nothing in my CSS to modify #comments or .textarea-vertical.

Has anyone seen this? I would hate to have to modify the max value for every form I have.
