The Laserfiche 10.2 server has encountered an error and could not complete your request.

Dears,

I'm getting the following error message after login , this error disappears after refreshing the browser.

This error happens in random times with random users.

The Laserfiche 10.2 server has encountered an error and could not complete your request.

Can any body help ?

laserfiche Server Version:10.2.1 build 993

WebClient Version:10.2 (10.2.1.372)

You'll want to check the Windows Event Viewer on the machine that the Laserfiche Server is installed on to see the full error information. There should be a laserfiche server specific application log.
