I have a particular user that is running into the license limit frequently even though he appears to only actually have one client session open on his computer. For instance, this morning I had to disconnect three sessions that logged in using his authentication at 2:00am this morning, one right after the other. Then he came in and actually logged in on his computer and that put him at the 4 session limit. Once he tried to print to Laserfiche Snapshot, it wouldn't let him print using his authentication until I disconnected the three client sessions that initiated at 2:00 this morning. Does anyone have any ideas as to why these sessions are being initiated when he is not actually logging in? He does tell me that he sometimes forgets to close the client when he leaves for the day, and that is what happened last night. Could this cause three sessions to be started at 2:00 in the morning?
