wL 10.0 issues

With LF 10.3 upgrade ,  Weblink 10.0 having issues being stuck showing "Loading..." while trying to open.  Seems like this is an issue with IE. Chrome seems to work fine .Client  works fine also

You may need to turn off Compatibility Mode in the Internet Explorer browser in order to be able to log in to WebLink 10. We ran in to the same issue and had to turn off Compatibility Mode.

We tried. Worked for few users for a day and back to the issue.

Is that because the Compatibility Mode in Internet Explorer reverted to its original settings?

We tried this, seems to work the first time, but after signing out and trying to sign back in (or to another repository) the loading issue persists. 

We also upgraded to 10.1, the issue persists.

Is there a resolution for this? I am having the same issue. My users will not have the rights to change any IE settings.
