We get this email each week and want to put it into Laserfiche and have the links still work. Is the only way to do that to save it in Laserfiche as an email?

Depending on your email client, you can also save the email as an HTML file and import that.

Thanks for the reply. This is a customer of ours and I think they are using Outlook.

Would that still save the links when saved into LF.

I have requested the what email client they are using.

I tried it and the HTML file had all of the links preserved. Then when I imported it into Laserfiche and opened it from there, it opened up in my default browser and everything worked fine.
