How to control the execution time of a Workflow With Forms

Hello 

Is there a way to manipulate the execution time of a Workflow using a form?

If you had a form that took in a date/time, the process could wait until that date/time then run a workflow service task. The form would directly control when the workflow was executed.

My form has a field with the execution time where the user is going to manipulate it.How do I update the start rule For my Workflow to be executed with the time of the form?

In my solution, it would be the forms process starting the workflow, not the start rule for the workflow.
