Question

Email Notifications Has Stopped

asked on June 20, 2018

At some point Monday or Tuesday we lost all email functionality within Laserfiche Forms. I've tried going through the configurations (workflow/forms) and we've also ensured that email is able to flow where it needs to/the routes are created that need to pass email.

Upon attempting test emails within the configurations (forms & workflow) those are successful (to my internal email & external gmail) as I get the test emails, however, all automated email notifications are turning into a suspended state within forms - so it's somewhat of an urgent issue as all of our forms instances are becoming suspended.

My troubleshooting hasn't had any luck and can't find any related discussions on here. Would you have any suggestions or options to try?

Thank you for your time

To make things easier, you should post a screenshot of the error message for one of the suspended tasks, and if possible check the event viewer on the Forms server as it might have more detailed information.

I'd recommend opening a support case so the team can investigate your specific issue.
