Is there a way to download or capture action history of a submitted form in Forms when it failed to save the action history to the repository?

Stephanie, put an 'http://' and then your forms server name, and then this (put your instance id where the brackets are in the beginning of the URL):

/Forms/webapi/v1/Instance/[put instance id here]?dashboardType=&paymentHistoryMode=all&paymentHistory_fields=paymentGateway,transactionId,transactionStatus,currency,price,merchantId&stepExecutionMode=all&stepMode=all&step_execution_fields=all&step_fields=all&submissionMode=all&submission_fields=all&workerMode=all&workerResumeMode=all&workerResume_fields=all&worker_fields=instanceId,status,step,stepExecutions,updateDate,workerResumes

To see the action history, go to the Monitor tab in Forms and search for/click on the instance name you are interested in seeing. If you are the submitter, you also can go to the Completed tab in the Forms Inbox and you'll see the action history for your forms there, as well.

Hi Karina,

I am not a submitter or approver. I am a Process admin.

Forms did not save the action history when saving the Form as a TIFF to the repository as it should have and I am seeking a way to rectify this.
