Need your advise please.
Normally, what is the best and efficient logic/process to be implemented in Laserfiche's QF and WF for HR Onboarding dynamic documents? Do you all have any samples?
Customer's requirements,
- Multiple document types of dynamic pfiles, e.g. resume, educational certs, medical records, insurance, IDs, etc.
- They would be using separators to classify these documents, and scan in as one PDF or multi-page TIFF. There is no employee details on these separator sheets.
- In repository, each document type has to be in its own folder, e.g.

- Resume folder
- 1111-resume.pdf
- Edu Cert
- 1111-cert.jpg
- Testimonial
- 1111-testimonial.docx
*EmpID2222
- Resume folder
- 2222-resume.pdf
- Identification
- 2222-passport.png

Queries,
1. Which is better? Multiple QF classifications and breakdown each doc type into each file? Or 1 QF classification and breakdown by each employee using Resume as 1st page?
2. If I use multiple QF classifications, how do I relate all doc types using employee ID if operator only wish to key in the employee ID once in the metadata fields for one of the doc type?
3. If I use single QF classification, operator would only need to key in the employee ID once, but how do we separate the different doc type within this single classified document?
