Weblink 10.1 PDF Settings

We have had a customer update Weblink to 10.1 and have noticed some undesired changes.

  1. It seems that the user options to download PDFs rather than view in the document viewer is not kept as a user attribute and maybe set by a cookie. Is there away to set this on the user or change the default setting?
  2. When viewing PDF in the document viewer there is no button for printing or exporting. There is however the option to do this when the Laserfiche pages are generated. Is there away to get these buttons on PDFs that do not have generated images in the viewer?

I just upgraded our public weblink to 10.1.0.152 and cannot change the app to download PDF instead of opening in the viewer. I also do not want to stream media files. When I got to save the settings, I cannot browse. As the next screen never loads.

I need to set download PDF and not stream for all Weblink connections.

Any suggestions?
