I could not find an existing topic on this issue and while I think I know the cause, just looking for insight or confirmation of my theory.

Trying to use the "Send pages in email" function on an existing document in Laserfiche.

Laserfiche sends the pages to Outlook and the new email window appears and it looks fine. But when you move the mouse to click the To button or text box, they do not respond. If you move the mouse down and to the left, the active To button and text box appears on top of the 'fake' buttons and boxes; along with the CC button and box. I can click those buttons and edit their text boxes. A clickable Send button is missing entirely and the body of the email cannot be edited. The image shows the issue.

We are able to work around it by saving the email as a draft and closing it.  Then opening the email from within Outlook and it displays properly.

The problem did not appear until we updated the affected computers to Office 365 ProPlus 2016.

We are using Laserfiche 8.3.1.663 which does not support this Office version so Im guessing that is probably the main cause of the problem.

Our Laserfiche version does not support Windows 10 either but we are seeing the problem on 7 and 10 so I dont think it is a Windows 10 cause.

Has anyone else seen this issue? Is there a fix or do we need to look at upgrading Laserfiche?

Thanks for your time.
