We recently upgraded our weblink to version 10.1. We have weblink setup to auto-login for public access documents. Most of our documents still load correctly and have the export and print button displayed in the toolbar. 

However, bigger pdf files rarely load all of the way. When they do load, they are missing the export and print buttons.  The toolbar looks different as well. 

Has anyone else seen this issue before? I looked for settings in weblink config, but didn't find any that I thought would be related to this issue.
