My client is having issues with saving changes in excel to Laserfiche. When they are saving, it used to give them an option to overwrite but it does not now.

The only changes were that she got upgraded from 10.2, to 10.3. I wanted to verify that this is still a feature in 10.3, and that maybe it has more to do with configuration or how the file is.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue? It does allow her to save versions, but the user would much rather overwrite the existing document.
