Public forms publish missing from Access Rights

Hello,

 

I have created some forms for one of our dept. and I wanted to make it a public form. When I go to the Access Rights with in the form I am missing the option to make it a public form. 

One of my co-workers has this option but I do not. We both are systems admins with in our AD and LF system. Does anyone know were I can check the setting to make sure I have the same options?

We were both looking at the same form, however I didnt know we were looking at two different servers. I was looking at my internal server and they were on our external server.

No that I started looking at the same server we have the same options. Totally feel like a dumb dumb.

Are you both looking at the same form and one person has the right to make it public and the other does not? Or are you checking on different forms?
