Do you have a functional Email Archiving profile set up with Gmail currently? I've been reviewing the steps in the guide and have been unsuccessful. The TLS certificate looks to be a substantial road block in the way, but I was wondering if you had some tips & tricks in getting this set up?
This is one roadblock that kept me from making use of the Email Archive. I eventually got a hosted exchange box, but couldn't find the security documentation to convince my IT to open port 25 in the firewall in order to use this.
If you can get a local exchange box, you should be fine, but I have not figured out the certificate issue with Email Archive and Gmail.
