WebAccess Context Hits not being displayed

When doing an advanced search in Web Access (searching document text is selected) the Context Hits are not being displayed for some of our users (non admin users).  When I (with admin privileges) perform the same search, the Context Hits are being displayed for me.

Is there a setting or something that we are missing? or What would cause this to not be shown?

Hi Angela,

Check the user options under Search. There should be an option for displaying the search context lines that may be unchecked.

I did take a look at the options and it is checked. I also tried to uncheck it then recheck it to see that would help and that didn't do anything. Still not working.
