Hi all, very basic user here, so please forgive my ignorance. I have created an HR personnel action form and business process to get approval for personnel adjustments from 5 licensed users. The specific users are selected from dropdowns by the initiator. The final step is to have HR review the form and potentially make an adjustment to the initial request before taking action in our payroll system and filing the request in our repository. If adjustments have to be made, HR would like to send notice to some or all of the approvers listed on the form. Is there a way to populate a checkbox on a "notification" form with the selected approvers from the HR personnel action form so that HR can choose some or all of them to receive the notification of what adjustments were made?
