Laserfiche Connector install on new PC generates an error

We installed a new computer for one of our employees earlier this year. Since then, Laserfiche Connector does not start correctly and gives the following error message.

I have tried everything possible to troubleshoot (uninstall, re-install, different user, etc) this error, but nothing has fixed it yet. Has anyone else run into this issue?

To diagnose it further I recommend opening a support case. Please also attach the logs of Laserfiche Connector to the support case.
