Feature request: Lookup using SQL query with variables

For SQL admins out there that want to get more out of their forms in a more straightforward fashion, it would be helpful if we could get an option to use MSSQL query in the Lookup tab that can utilize variables. Similar to what the Workflow has for querying. 

Right now, if we want to get more complex data, we have to create a SQL View in the selected database and then do lookups to that view.

I second this feature request. I heard this request not only from customers, but also from multiple solutions engineers when I used to work at Laserfiche.
