Hi all,

I currently get this error trying to add a Laserfiche Directory Account. Any help would be appreciated

Were you able to resolve this by chance ? We are working on a remote server than maps back to our Directory Server behind a firewall. We have opened the ports, confirm the request is coming through them on 5048 and 5049, but still receive this error. Its like the remote server is not trusted by LFDS to allow it to query... but obviously it must be due to the license file... soo we are not sure.

A local server is able to connect and query LFDS and add the participant account, but that instance resides on the same host as LFDS in our network config
