one field in collection not showing up on subsequent form

I have a collection and on the first form there are fewer fields than on the second subsequent form that uses this collection which is good, but a key field from the first form in this collection is not showing up on the subsequent form. :-/

Can someone tell me how to add that field back into my collection on the form?

Hi Katy,

What happens when you add a single line field into your collection on your second Form and manually change its variable name to Dog_s_Name__if_known_ ? Do you get an error?

What I found out was that I had apparently put that field in the collection then removed it somehow on the second form and the only way to add it back to the second form is to remove the entier collection and readd the entire collection, then I could eliminate fields again, if I chose.
