Hello Everyone,

Essentially what we have going on is once a document is scanned in and ran through a workflow, it gets essentially overwritten by the first document scanned in for the day. This just randomly started happening after Memorial weekend. 

As a result, we have 12 documents that are the same, however, even each instance may have a "different" page number ie. 2, 4, 7, etc. Each document only has the amount of pages the initial document has. 

If the workflow is disabled and the renaming of the document doesn't happen it appears to work fine, but all the workflows are still set up as they have been for the past 3 or 4 years, so I don't want to say it's a workflow issue.
