Request Rejected when pressing done button from scanning

Laserfiche: 10.3

WebAccess: 10.2

Hi,

"Request Rejected" error appears when users press done button from scanning application. WebAccess is being used to launch scanning.

What could be the reason?

I suspect that there is an internal problem with the web service. You can sometimes run into this issue when the server application is unavailable. Do you run into this issue from the Desktop client as well? Can you hit the web service via a browser? This seems like a non-LF specific issue but I suggest reading this thread and trying out some of the solutions people are proposing.

What is the web service URL that Laserfiche calls when press the done button? So that I can try to browse it directly.
