pdfs for one user will not come in as a tiff after 10.3 upgrade

We very recently upgraded to 10.3 and I have one user that used to be able to drag and drop pdf's directly from emails into a LF folder and it would instantly convert to a tiff document, which we want. This process is now keeping all of her drag and drop items as a pdf.

I have tested this activity on my own desk top and I successfully get a tiff. I have double checked and compared all the Tools\options settings and cannot find a setting in her desktop client that is different from mine.

What might be stopping hers from successfully turning the pdf into a tiff when brought into Laserfiche?

RESULTS: I uninstalled and reinstalled her Laserfiche desktop client. While doing so, I noticed that some of the usual pieces were not clicked on for reinstall, including the snapshot tool. I put checkmarks in each spot that I expected to see checkmarks in and installed. HER PROBLEM WAS THEN FIXED!

Thanks, Marco. Those are the settings I always make sure everyone has, except that I turn on the import monochrome images to try to stop full color coming in when not needed.
