Can start the business process in LF client but not in WebAccess

Laserfiche Server: 10.3.1

WebAccess: 10.3.1

Workflow: 10.2

 

Hi,

I have a business process that users start manually on the documents. Users can start that business process from LF desktop client but the same business process is giving error while starting in WebAccess. Below are some more details.

 

Business Process Starting Rules:

 

In WebAccess, it does show to start that business process.

 

Clicking start displays a warning message and nothing happens.

 

Note: The same business process can be run without problem on the same document in LF desktop client.

Yes, it was fixed for 10.4.

We have web client 10.4 (10.4.0.309) and just started experiencing this issue since this week. Users could start business processes no problem on both client and web client and now it gives them incorrect path error in the web client, but they can still run from the desktop client.

What else could cause this?
