I have some troubles with my workflow (VARKIT). Sometimes, for a demo, the workflow look don't working and I have no errors message but in reality, this is just very slow !

I made a try yesterday at 7pm. The workflow didn't start. Today, I checked my workflow's activity and I could see that my workflow was started at 9pm (2 hours later).

I don't use schedule for start the workflow. It's should be start when I drag and drop file into Laserfiche.

Sometimes, I don't have this slow-down. For example, this morning I drag and drop my file into Laserfiche and the Workflow started immediately.

This Slow-Down is only for Workflow. Everything else working correctly.

What is the origin? How can I resolve this?
