PSIGEN and Laserfiche

Guys,

 

Good day, we have a client experiencing issues using PSIGEN integration with Laserfiche.

 

1. Once document is processed in PSIGEN - it processes fine

2. After the process OCR and all that good stuff, it fails on the Migration part into Laserfiche

 

This is the error we received:

Batch: 20180523.100339
Migration: LaserFiche Direct
Error: Failed to add document to LaserFiche Direct: C:\ProgramData\PSIGEN\Capture\Temp\LaserFicheDirect Temp\0or0fwut.kke\170406CALTRANS05-23-2017.pdf
Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {6D1FA7DF-F189-4656-A997-25D3454697FD} failed due to the following error: 80040154 Class not registered (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040154 (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG)).

 

Has anyone experienced any issues?

We have also tried installing the SDK runtime's current version.

I believe that GUID refers to the DocumentImporter library (version 8.0?).  It needs to be installed on that machine, which you can do with the redistributable installation.

Thanks Brian, yea I will give it a try. So far we are stuck on this, any suggestion is worth a try. Thanks!

Hi Paul,

DocumentImporter 8.0 is no longer available on the support site or included in the SDK runtimes as it included 3rd party dependency's that we are no longer licensed to distribute. You may need to contact support to see if an earlier version of the runtime can be provided, which I believe is only an option for organizations that were Laserfiche customers at that time.
