DPI settings in Import Agent 10.3 not working

I am importing pdf documents into Laserfiche via Import Agent. I need the documents to have 300 DPI, and chose that option in my session settings. The documents are being created with 203x195 and 200x200 DPI. Any ideas?

It seems to now be working. No explanation, but as long as it works I am happy. I'm glad to hear you are having no issues with it.

If the original scans embedded in the PDFs were set to a low resolution that could happen. The image comes in at 203x195 (though I can't figure out why that would ever happen) so Import Agent leaves it alone, because the image is already at a lower resolution than 300x300. The problem could come back. If it does, your first step is to look at the original PDF files.

We are using import agent 10.3.1.470 and creating pages at 300DPI without any issues. 

Is 203x195 the total size of the image?  About 1 inch square?  Could there be something unusual about the PDFs you are importing?  Can you test a PDF from another source?
