Save completed forms to pdf

Hello,

 

We have a form that we have been using for some time now that does not currently have a 'save to repository' step. We would like to be able to save the already completed forms in the repository as PDFs but there does not seem to be an option to do so. Is there a way to save an already completed form as a PDF?

At which format are you able to save to.?

Hi Emmanuel,

 

For newly submitted forms this would work, but I am looking to save already submitted and completed forms to pdf.

Since the processes have already been ended, You can not save them. May be if you real want them you can play around with other trick like in the monitor you can snip the last approved from and save them to Repo.

Yeah, I can take screenshots of the last approved version of the form in forms, but I was looking for a better solution than that. The forms are obviously saved to the database somewhere. Is there a way I could get them out of sql instead of having to take screenshots?

Yeah all information are saved to db as you said.. And all field values submitted in forms are saved in the cf_bp_data table. The way you can do so as to get what you want will be confusing a bit.. The best option is as mentioned earlier.
