DocuSign Option disabled

hello All,

this is my first time I am configuring DocuSign with Laserfiche I am able to see the DocuSign option in WebClient but it is disabled I don't know the reason but I have the following doubt.

1. in VAR license Docusign option available?

2. i configured WebAccessConfig.xml as per the instruction but did not configure X.509 Certificate Signing due to this reason it is disabled?

My Web Client Version: 10.2 (10.2.1.277)

help me to solve this

I am having the same issue. Was there a solution found? WebClient 10.4 (10.4.2.347)

The primary requirements are:

  1. The system is licensed for DocuSign. Check that the Laserfiche server license has the DocuSign feature.
  2. DocuSign is configured in the web client.
  3. The current user has permission to export the selected document.
