Error to open Web Scanning "object referente not set to an instance of an object"

Hi, all

I have a Form, which starts the Web Scanning application, however this error occurs, I have searched for some erroneous configuration without success, I appreciate your support

Forms does not have a native way of launching scanning. Can you describe your setup? Does the LF Scanning window come up?
