Import Agent - Exhange Public Folder Import

Hi All,

 

Quick question, is Import Agent able to import Exchange public folders, with or without the existing folder structure? I don't see it mentioned anywhere in the help files, only to import from user mailboxes. There was a similar request some time ago here - https://answers.laserfiche.com/questions/105261/Is-there-a-way-to-replicate-outlook-public-folders-into-Laserfiche  but this was never answered.

Hi Chris,

 

Exchange Public Folder is a database related file. Import Agent does not support it. But for coming emails to archive into Laserfiche, Import Agent 10.3 has a new component named "Email Archive". You can refer to the help document if you are interest in it.
