I am looking for a Workflow Cleanup Utility

I am looking for the documentation on the Workflow Cleanup Utility  referenced HERE.  Does anyone have any information on this?  

My workflow server is over 400GB and causing slowness and performance issues.

Your reseller can obtain the utility and its instructions from Tech Support. I would recommend against just running the utility without first understanding why the database is so large. The utility only clears out the data, it does not keep a runway workflow or an inefficient starting rule from building it back up.
