Import Agent Only Importing Half of My Documents

Hey Everyone out there in Laserfiche Land,

I am having an issue with my import agent.  We are scanning some employee files that are being saved to a network location where Import Agent is monitoring a folder.  Import Agent will grab the first 2 or 3 documents an put them in the correct location, and then the rest get put into the error folder.  Looking at the event logs I get the error that says :

Anybody have any suggestions?

How frequently does the issue happen? Or this is the first time the issue happens? Please have a check for the disk space of the volume where these files are saved to and see if it is in high usage. There used to be similar errors if the disk of the volume is out of space.

Good Morning Jie,

This just started happening with this Import Agent Profile.  There other profiles we have configured and are picking in a very similar location are running just fine and we don't appear to have any issues with them.  I just checked the space on that drive and we currently have 560 GB free.

Where is the Laserfiche Server and Import Agent Service? Are they on the same machine? Next time you got the same error, please pay attention to the CPU/Memory usage of that machine (both for Laserfiche Server and Import Agent Service) and see if they are in high usage.

They are on separate machines.  I found out that with the import agent, if I turned off the option for it to try and OCR the PDF's upon import, that it works just fine and all the documents and imported.

What's the version of Laserfiche OCR with OmniPage? (You can get the version from control panel.)
