Is there a JavaScript to hide several Custom HTML fields after a form is submitted?

I have an Accident/Injury Report that has several custom HTML fields below the pagination settings. In the example below, I want to hide the "Accident Information" text above the Department field. The "Accident Information" field is a custom HTML field. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. Pete

Have you tried using the 'hidden' class on the HTML element?

If not, edit the HTML element and under the Advanced tab enter 'hidden' in the CSS class box. This should hide the HTML element for you.
