We were on Forms 10.2.0. Our forms configuration is an external facing forms server (DMZ) and a primary internal forms server. Our user tasks notification was working. After did the upgrade to 10.2.1 we followed the whitepaper for the primary/slave forms configuration and everything is working except the user tasks notification. Is there any step that we have not configured correctly?
