Hi all,

We have a Laserfiche Rio customer utilising Forms Essentials; Forms 10.2.1 is installed on one server and Workflow 10.2 on another server.

We have a Forms Business Process containing a Workflow Service Task, calling Laserfiche Workflow configured to "Wait for the workflow to finish before proceeding?"

The Laserfiche Workflow starts with "Retrieve Business Process Variables" activity and ends with a Set Business "Process Variables activity".

When the Forms Business Process invokes the Workflow Service Task, although the Laserfiche Workflow completes successfully, the Business Process instance in Forms shows as "In Progress" and never seems to complete.

On the Workflow server, from the Workflow Administration Console > Advanced Diagnostics > Tasks > Failed Instance Completions, we can see instances with the Error Message: "The remote server returned an error: (417). Expectation Failed"

Not quite sure what to check for regarding this - any feedback will be appreciated.
