Importing to LF Client using LST - Customer gets prompted with metadata dialogue box

asked on May 8, 2018

Hello,

We have a customer experiencing an issue to where when he uploads documents using LST, it prompts him a dialogue box.

They do not have import Agent so the upload process is in the client

File > Import... then selecting the LST file.

This box appears per document uploaded. When we tested the LST on our end we only get the prompt once and it does not appear again and all documents were imported as expected. We have configured their settings to be as similar to our testing environment but they are still getting the same issue.

Here is the LST:

Does anybody know a way around this error or has experienced the same issue?

Has the customer tried clearing the Always show Metadata dialog option in the Windows Client Options?

Yes we have cleared the options.

I'm having the same issue but with a Cloud instance. I have "Always show metadata dialog" unchecked but the metadata dialog opens on each document within the import list file. Is this a cloud isssue or limitation?
