Drag and drop query

Hi

 

We operate on Laserfiche version 10.2.  Is it possible to drag and drop from my personal laserfiche folder directly into a casefile.  To clarify we can drag and drop from a desktop or other Microsoft folders into our own laserfiche 'wormhole' but can you drag and drop from that folder directly into a casefile without having to apply metadata and everything else that goes with it as this is causing us significant delays in filing.

Hi Andrew,

Assuming your user has the correct security configuration (feature rights + access rights), you should be able to drag and drop between folders within the repository. Just we aware that you compromise searchability if you do not apply metadata, etc.
