I was able to log in to the forms site as the same user yesterday but today I am not able to. I am getting the message that the user "is not a read/write named user". I verified that the account has read and write access to the forms site in LDFS but I am still having trouble logging in today.

Hi Dane,
Are you using LFDS authentication or repository authentication on Forms?
If you are using LFDS authentication, there won't be error like "is not a read/write named user"; instead, you would always be able to login but see error like "You are not licensed for Laserfiche Forms. Please contact your system administrator for more information." after you login.
Error like "is not a read/write named user" only shows when Forms uses repository authentication. In this case the account rights on LFDS is not related.
I am also having this issue now and we are definitely using LFDS authentication vs repository authentication. This just started today. When I look at the Forms Server event viewer I see this message repeated about 50-100x:

Could the connection to the SQL db be the problem?
