When the user is trying to store all documents from quick fields it produces this error The document name was not specified [0829-qf0]. What is the issue here? Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

First thing I would verify is to ask the user if they have something in the Default document name: field?

I am not seeing that option in quick fields. Can you elaborate on how you get to that configuration page?
