payment status is always "failed" for authorize.net

I am having an issue using Authorize.net. No matter how I specify AVS, Laserfiche forms always sets the transaction status to failed.   /dataset/_transactionStatusTF="Failed" . Even with AVS turn off in forms config and Authorize.net LF forms has the status as failed, even though the transaction was approved. LF forms only gives a field for zip code. That means the AVS returns a "Z". But LF must think that means it was rejected, but it was not.  Also if AVS is turned off completely it returns a "P". LF must think that is a reject code as well.  Any ideas of how to configure LF forms with Authorize.net so that the form will see the payment as succeeded?

Also, is it possible to capture the authorization code that is sent back from the payment submission?  That would be useful for the submitter as well as our accounting dept.
