Topaz Signature Stop Working After Windows 10 Upgrade

asked on May 1, 2018

Hi,

We've run into an issue with our Topaz pads.  We are using the T-LBK43LC-HSB-R pads.  We started to upgrade some of our PCs from Windows 10 1607 to Windows 10 1709.  After we upgrade, the pads stop working with Internet Explorer but continue to work with Chrome or Firefox.  We've tested the pads by visiting http://www.sigplusweb.com/sigwebtablet_demo.htm and we get the same results.  This site will not function in Internet Explorer but works perfectly in Chrome and Firefox.  Has anyone else who uses these pads run into any issues with Internet Explorer?  I've submitted a support request with Topaz but wanted to see if anyone here might have some tips.

Thanks in advance.

It's solved.  Topaz support reached out to me.  To resolve this issue, open your Internet Explorer, left click Tools->Internet options -> General -> Browser History -> Settings.  Change this to "Every time I visit the web page".

Following this step immediately resolved the issue.
