To make system administration a lot easier, we try to keep LFDS usernames the same as the display name. However, we run into problems when people's names contain certain special characters, such as O'Malley. LFDS does not accept the apostrophe in the username, which forces us to deal with that exception scenario using custom code.

It would be great if this could be changed in an upcoming version.
