If you attach a timer to a user task or use the Timer Start Event and choose to 'Repeat timer until attached activity is completed', one of the interval options is labeled 'Every minute' and then you put a value in for 'Minute(s)'. It's a little confusing as it seems as though you are first telling the activity to repeat every minute and then setting a value for how long it should repeat for.
