After upgrading from 10.3 to 10.3.1, our instances won't appear on the Monitor tab when we open it. We just see the "loading" gif. In order to get some instances to display, we have to apply filters based on status and/or process. Then we can locate the specific instances we're interested in.

Prior to the upgrade, the instances loaded almost immediately and finding a specific instance was very quick.

We use this tool a lot to move instances along as needed or determine why a form wound up in someone's inbox.
