Reassign to the Same Team

I wanted a team to get an email reminder, so I reassigned a task back to the same team that it was currently assigned to. When I did that, it added two more people to the email who are not even part of the team.

Any ideas why it added two people that have never even been on this team?

Did you ever get an answer to this? We have the same issue. Some of the email addresses are for people who are no longer in our system as valid users.

Does anyone out there know why emails messages are being sent to people not on a team a form is reassigned to? For us, the list is consistent and includes external email addresses that were assigned to Laserfiche users who are not part of the team receiving the form and employees who have terminated and whose licenses are no longer active.

I've deleted the email address attribute in Laserfiche for the Laserfiche users who are receiving the email messages. I've deleted all users with inactive licenses or who show up as invalid users in Forms.
