Web Access doesn't have an option to change this.  What kind of page would you want to send users to?

Dear,

My customer current SSO provider is IBM: TIM (Tivoli Identity Manager) and TAM (Tivoli Access Manager) and all laserfiche products has been implemented inside.

when the employee click on the sign out button, i want to redirect to the "webseal" interface where all laserfiche product has been implemented there.

Thank you,

I believe that if LFDS is used as the identity provider then Web Access will redirect to a page that LFDS specifies.  Are you using TIM separate from LFDS?

If you hook up Tivoli as an LFDS SAML provider then users will be redirected to LFDS when they log out of Web Access.

How does the current integration with Tivoli work, in terms of authenticating to the Laserfiche server?

Dear,

We are configuring LFDS in their application and put it to use "Basic authentication" in IIS for LFDS.

When the user login to the web client, we will redirect him to their interface where he put his credentials and then can login to web client directly.

Now, when i click on "Sign out" button from web client, i want to redirect to their interface instead of LFDS interface.

I'm not an expert on LFDS but I don't think it has a way to send you to another system's landing page.
