id tracking lost

We have several documents in Laserfiche which have been processed by different workflows, however when searching for id these documents in the workflow designer they do not present results;

In summary: The instance on this document exists at some point however it is no longer possible to find it, any ideas?

It's hard to guess from the screenshots.

It's possible that the entry was retrieved by a Search Repository or Find Entries activity which do not track entries by default (for performance reasons, due to the posibility of a very large number of results).

Another posibility would be that the Workflow database was manually purged (through the cleanup utility) or that Workflow was updated to use a new database and the data is no longer available.

Hi Miruna, 

the database has not been manually purged as the workflow database has been the same for 2 years.

the workflows are individual, they do not contain search activities that do not trace the initial instance
